Brownberrie Art

Inspired by biological forms, in particular a world hidden from the naked eye, visible only through a microscope, these art works have been created using a range of media. The fine, intricate detail seen at such close quarters is emulated in some of the pieces, either using acrylic paints or handmade felt, embroidery and beading. Bright, rich colours are a feature in all the pieces and help to create an opulent and vibrant finish.

The felt pieces are delicate, some say ethereal, embellished with a vast array of glorious threads and beautiful glass beads, enhancing the colour and forms within them.
