A few up and coming dates to put in your diaries...
August 14th - 19th December - Flock to Skipton
I have been commissioned to decorate a fibreglass sheep sculpture for
the Flock to Skipton event. Flock to Skipton is a large-scale public art event – but with a difference! The aim is to add another, high profile, reason for people to visit Skipton during the second half of 2010 – using an iconic Dales sculpture ... the Sheep! There will be 25 larger-than-life sculptures – all colourfully painted with unique designs. The
sculptures will then be placed around the streets and landmarks of Skipton, providing a ‘trail’ for visitors to follow.

I will be exhibiting my work for the whole of October at Northwich library near Chester. I will be showing a selection of paintings, felt and mosaics. If you can. please pop in and have a look. All work will be available for sale.

What makes this market so different? It's not a craft fair but a Selling Exhibition showcasing the work of local artists and artisans. There will be painters, photographers, silver smiths, textile artists, ceramic artists and jewellers displaying their art. There will also be a tea room at the venue serving home made cakes and scones. Entry is free. The perfect chance to pick up a last minute Christmas present!
